Free Delivery Services
Free Metro Delivery
For a limited time only. You can enjoy FREE METRO DELIVERY* on all stocked items to most cities in North Island. (excludes Gisborne
and surrounding islands). All of our products are hygienically sealed and packaged correctly when leaving our warehouse.
Please note: If there are active COVID lockdowns in any city or territory please expect delivery delays.
Kerbside Service
Our delivery services offer a streamline to your front door delivery. Unfortunately, We just deliver to the doorstep and groundfloor we cannot take products inside ourselves, upstairs, lifts, hard to reach landings. We ask that someone is at the delivery address upon the
time of arrival to assist. We are all about making the delivery process easy and pain-free for everyone.
Assembly Service
We provide assembly service if you require it. However, we will charge a surcharge for this service. For details on fees and assembly service please contact us.
Terms & Conditions
- Our "Free Delivery Promotion" is for North Island Metropolitan areas in New Zealand (only) (Exclude Gisborne) and is only available for any orders above $499 inc GST.
- All other regions or other delivery orders that are under $499 inc GST, will be contacted via email or phone after your purchase is made to inform you of options for the delivery of your item/s.
- Peak season times (like Black Friday & Christmas periods) may see slight delays with dispatch as we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. For more information regarding the delivery of your order, please use the tracking information sent to you after your order is placed.

Where do you ship to?We delivery in Auckland and North Island. Sorry, we are currently not shipping to South Island.

Can I specify a date for the delivery?Absolutely! You may choose a dispatch date if you need your mattress delivered at a later date. We usually arrange the delivery time when you purchase, but if you want any change please feel free to contact our team via our online Contact Form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change my delivery address?We can change your delivery information a few days before your delivery. It is difficult for us to change your details on the delivery as the route for the delivery team is set. Please still contact our Team via our online Contact Form or by calling to the hotline - we will try our best to help!
