Terms & Conditions for 90 night free sleep trial

  • For a 90-night free sleep trial to apply, a waterproof mattress protector must be purchased with the new mattress on the same invoice or cart.
  • We do require that you sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to the support and comfort level of the new mattress. Between the 30th and the 90th night, if you are still unhappy with your new mattress, you can contact us for a consultant and select a different mattress set of equal or greater value or you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If the new mattress you select costs more than the original mattress, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • The new replacement mattress does not come with a 90-night free sleep trial.
  • Any mattresses with mould, dirt, stains, smells or bed bug infestations will not be eligible for a return or a replacement.

  • Can I try the bed before I buy it?
    We believe the best way to know if a mattress is right for you is by trying it in the comfort of your own home. That's why we give you the opportunity to sleep on your dream bed at home for 90 nights, with a no-hassle return policy.
  • Do I get a trial if I exchange a product?
    Each customer is entitled to one trial period per product. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product. If your product is returned completely unopened, however, a trial will still be available on your next purchase of that same product. The return must be initiated no later than the 190th night following the delivery of your purchase. No exceptions will be made.
  • When does the sleep trial start?
    It starts on the day of delivery. From the day you receive your Mattress, you can test it risk-free for 90 days
  • How can I return my mattress within the trial time?
    When you want to return your Mattress, simply email our customer service team. The mattress will be picked up by our delivery team and our customer service team will contact you for the refund process.
