• Can I try the bed before I buy it?
  Great question — we don’t offer in-store testing, but we’ve made the process as easy and risk-free as possible. All of our mattresses come with a sleep trial, so you can properly try it at home over multiple nights rather than just a few minutes in a showroom. If it’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to find a better fit. This way, you can make sure it truly suits your comfort and support needs.
• Do I get a trial if I exchange a product?
  Each customer is entitled to one trial period per product. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product. If your product is returned completely unopened, however, a trial will still be available on your next purchase of that same product. The return must be initiated no later than the 190th night following the delivery of your purchase. No exceptions will be made.
• When does the sleep trial start?
  The trial begins from the day your mattress is delivered. From then, you can enjoy a 90-night risk-free trial in the comfort of your home.
• How can I return my mattress within the trial time?
  If you decide to return your mattress, simply email our customer service team. We’ll arrange for it to be collected, and our team will guide you through the refund process.
